Can I order over the phone?

Yes - you can. However as we’re not always near the phone, we’d prefer it if you pop an order through our website so we can process your order much faster. Or, if you have some problems doing this, you can email info@laurastoddart.com However, if technology really isn’t your friend, we welcome phone orders too.

What payment methods do you take?

We take all major debit and credit cards and PayPal. All payments that are taken are secure through our Shopify website.

Do you have a discount code?

If you have a discount code simply pop it in at the checkout. If you would like a discount code please sign up to our newsletter where you’ll be the first to know about any special offers.

Where’s my parcel?

Our UK orders are delivered second -class with Royal Mail. Please allow 5 working days for your order to arrive once you placed your order and it’s been dispatched from our studio.

Is there a delivery charge?

To get our splendid products delivered to you, there is a standard delivery fee charged. This is calculated during checkout depending on the size and weight of your order and the delivery address and location.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

Yes - we deliver all over the world. You can order on the website from wherever you are and to where ever you would like your order sent. Simply pop the delivery address in at the checkout.

Am I able to return something?

If you’ve changed your mind and want to return all or part of your order, you have 14 days from arrival to notify us and return the item for a refund. To make a return, please notify us by email at fulfilment@laurastoddart.com with your name and order number. Our return address is - Laura Stoddart Ltd, Unit 5, Heathfield Workshops, Heathfield, Taunton, Somerset, TA4 3EF, UK.

My item is faulty. What can I do?

We’re very sorry that you’ve received a faulty item. You can send the return to us for a full refund or we can exchange the item at no extra cost. Please do let us know which option you’d prefer before returning the item by emailing fulfilment@laurastoddart.com

Do I need to pay to return my order?

We’ll cover the cost of the return for products that are faulty. If you’ve just changed your mind, you’ll need to cover the cost of return. Email us at fulfilment@laurastoddart.com to notify us of your return within 14 days of delivery.

How long does the refund take?

We will make any refunds due to you within 14 days of our receipt of the returned goods at the price you paid for the products minus the delivery costs. The amount will automatically be refunded via the method you used for payment and a notification will be sent to the email address used to place the order.

Delivery & Returns
